Egyptian Journal of Petroleum

Egyptian Petroleum Research Institute (EPRI) has been established by the Presidential Decree no.541 for the year 1974, as one of the research institutes following the Ministry of Scientific Research, headed by his Excellency Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, with the aim of supplying the national petroleum industry with studies, scientific research work, consultations, analytical and technical services individually or together with other parties.

EPRI edited and issued the Egyptian Journal of Petroleum which is considered the sole scientific journal in the Middle East publishing researches in the fields of crude oil, natural gas, energy and related subjects. Its objective is to serve as a forum for research and development. Preserving its continued progress after being abstracted and digitalized with ISSN 1110-0621.
