About This Journal
An international, peer-reviewed journal focus is addressed to the fields of hydrocarbon exploration and analysis including crude oil, natural gas, energy, and related subjects, the aim of this journal is to highlight research and development leading to Serving scientific research and society. The journal follows the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The journal is a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Journal History
EPRI edited and issued the Egyptian Journal of Petroleum since 1991, which is considered the sole scientific Journal in the Middle East publishing research in the fields of crude oil, natural gas, energy, and related subjects. Its objective is to serve as a forum for research and development. Preserving its continued progress after being abstracted and digitalized with ISSN 1110-0621. In 2011, EGYJP was produced and hosted by Elsevier-opening a wide scope before our scientists to reach Globalization. In 2024, EGYJP has been hosted by Digital Commons Elsevier.
Publishing schedule
One volume contains 4 issues/year (Issue 1 from Jan to Mar, Issue 2 from April to June, Issue 3 from July to September, and Issue 4 from October to December)
