Abstract
Background. This study focuses on developing scientific and methodological approaches related to the introduction of the adjusted Hurst index into the modeling process to reduce uncertainty when planning the injection of hydrochloric acid compounds into the reservoir according to the classical scheme. The purpose of this work is to create an algorithm for the implementation of a predictive geological and statistical assessment of the effectiveness of hydrochloric acid effects on the reservoir. The object of the study is the deposits of carbonate reservoirs of the South Tatar arch, concentrated within the oil-bearing territories of the Ural-Volga region and characterized by low flow and storage properties of reservoir rocks and a complex geological structure. The necessity for decision support systems arises from the presence of significant amounts of oil reserves within the designated deposits, which are currently the most important strategic reserve and their effective development is one of the most important tasks of the current stage of development of liquid hydrocarbon deposits. Methods. Using pattern recognition methods, in particular, discriminant analysis, the wells were divided into four groups according to the tectonic and stratigraphic factor, which allowed us to identify underlying correlations between the parameters. Significant Findings. To calculate the adjusted Hurst index, a model is proposed that takes into account the trend of liquid filtration through the hydrodynamic channels of the borehole-reservoir system after exposure to hydrochloric acid solutions. Additionally, the presented indicator was verified as part of the implementation of the principal component method and the subsequent calculation of factor loads for each of the well groups. This made it possible to form dependencies for estimating the lower and upper limits of oil flow rates after exposure based on the frequency of the operation.
